Brie is a soft cheese, creamy in colour and flavour with a mild nutty, yet fruity taste. Brie is generally stabalised and therefore doesn’t matures and has a much longer shelf life compared to other varieties, however if not stablised it will mature and will become stronger in flavor and taste as well as drier and darker. The rind also darkens and gets crumbly over time.


Available in AOC certified Brie de Meaux and Brie de Melun as well as non-AOC certified varieties from France, Australia, the USA, Brasil, Ireland and the UK
