Mild Cheddar

A young and creamy Cheddar. carefully aged for around 3 months. This cheese has a subtle milky flavour and slightly springy texture. Flavours are slightly acidic with a light taste. Perfect for slicing, grating or melting on top of a variety of dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own.
